I had subscribed to both PI and R3 service about a month ago and I wanted to give some positive feedback on you service. I think the service is very good. I had previously had SAP access from one of your competitors. I can say there is LOT of difference between the quality of service provided in IDESaccess and your competitor. I like your service and it is too bad I didn't take your service sooner because I would have accomplished much more(career wise). Anyway keep up the good work and also maybe forward this email to your team members so that it gives them inspiration and motivation.
