By purchasing Services from IDESACCESS.COM I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I intent to use Personal BASIS Services to access evaluation SAP software for my personal reference purposes
2. I understand that all SAP instances are under evaluation INITIAL license, though the systems have complete functionality
3. I do not plan to copy, distribute or sell any information that I receive through accessing evaluation SAP Software
4. I understand that Personal BASIS Services I will be paying for does not include the actual SAP access, it comes free with Personal BASIS Support Services
5. I understand that the payment I will provide for Personal BASIS Services include professional services to support evaluation SAP systems
6. I agree to follow the rules of access:

a. No Account sharing permitted! One account = one person. Violation of this rule leads to immediate account locking with no money refunded.
b. No facilities for BASIS transactions permitted in any system (Like client creation/deletion, profile change, USER Creation). Exception are the systems named "For Basis and Security" use. In those systems user creation is not prohibited as long as created users only bear specific roles for testing and not SAP_ALL profile. Creation of users in those special systems with SAP_ALL profile would be considered as Policies violation.
c. No change to Logical Systems, RFC destinations will be tolerated
d. No system failure actions will be tolerated, as destructive ABAP code, Client deletion or any other actions that can lead to systems instability or permanent failure
e. Amount of data to be transferred within systems is limited to 50 000 records.

7. I agree that IDESACCESS.COM does not care any liabilities for use of information I will have access to. IDESACCESS.COM liabilities are limited to the amount of payment for one month of Personal BASIS Service.
8. I agree that complete refund for the payment can be issued only within 10 calendar days from the time of the payment received by IDESACCESS.COM.
Complete refund will be issued in full if IDESACCESS.COM was not able to provide quality service to subscriber.
9. I understand that in case of violation of the rules mentioned in #6, my account will be disconnected and no money refunded
10. I understand, that my account can be moved to another system/client at sole discretion of IDESACCESS.COM team, I understand that I can request my account to be moved to ANY other system/client except Premium systems once a month at no charge.
11. Basis Support services is limited to the BASIS component of any system. We do not solve any IMG (Config) issues within Personal BASIS Services. We do not provide any desktop support. We do not provide any kind of training or any tips/tricks for any system. Any requests to be performed by us outside of the BASIS components would be charged as an additional fee based on our standard rate US $100/hour. Any additional work should be pre-approved and pre-paid. Accounts due to expire get expired in the Morning EST of the day of expiration.
12. I agree that all technical support is provided via the 24/7 ticket system at the web site. I will provide complete illustrated steps how to replicate the problem in order to assist technical support team to resolve issue in timely manner. Tickets with no customer reply for more then 24 hours will be closed by technical support team.
13. I agree that my account will be canceled with no money refunded in case of abuse of the tech support personnel. Using coarse language and impolite comments will not be tolerated. People who serving you have at least 15 years of experience working with the system. Have respect to their guidance.
14. Orders created under payment conditions marked as "Recurring payment" will be charged MONTHLY under subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on CANCEL button in My Orders tab. Your order will be set to expire at the end of the monthly term. IDESACCESS.COM does not refund any payments for any partial unused time. IDESACCES.COM does not refund any payments under RECURRING subscriptions if payment already processed.
15. I agree that IDESACCESS.COM team does not provide any one-on-one training related to the issues on my PC, including SAP GUI installation issues.
16. I understand that prices are subject to change without notice and can be reflected on my next order which I will create. Prices for Recurring payment orders do NOT change until Order is CANCELED.
17. Monthly accounts are valid for 30 days from the moment activated by our technical support team. Accounts can not be placed on hold or postponed.
18. Premium Systems are subject to separate pricing due to higher support costs and determined by IDESACCESS. If Premium system requires backend Regular priced system, it should be purchased separately. Account from Regular system can not be moved free of charge to Premium system.
19. IDESACCESS.COM is not responsible for the quality of service you will receive if you use information from the Training Providers advertisement program. Information provided in this section is advertisement by third parties and is not associated with IDESACCESS.COM.
20. IDESACCESS.COM would not activate your Advertisement if it will contain any of the following: advertising for the same services as provided by IDESACCESS.COM, course language and abuse commentaries, any information about third parties in non-ethical expressions, any other information which we might seem to be of non-ethical content. In this case payment will be refunded and AD will not be activated.

In case of the change in Policies, IDESACCESS.COM team will advice in the News on the web site.

ECC (R/3) systems have complete functionality with all modules like MM, SD, FI, CO, HR, PM, PP,QM, ABAP etc.... All BW systems have the following components: BI, SEM, FINBASIS, PI_BASIS. All other systems have default components. All non-IDES systems are on the latest Support Packs available. All IDES systems are on Support Packs levels provided by SAP for IDES environment. We do not upgrade Support Packs on IDES systems - it is impossible. Only single OSS notes are applicable.
IDESACCESS.COM guarantee 24/7 access and support. If system(s) will be not available for more then 3 hours, you will receive one day free of Support Services. We will refund your payment if you are not satisfied with system performance within 10 calendar days of the payment made.
