THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT INCLUDE CLIENT SOFTWARE OR LICENSES!!!!!
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CLIENT TOOLS, YOU CAN PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PRODUCT BOBJ CLIENT TOOLS SUPPORT.
IF YOU JUST PURCHASE ACCESS TO BOBJ 3.1 SERVER, NO CLIENT TOOLS OR SUPPORT ON INSTALLATION WILL BE PROVIDED!
We have installed the following components:
BW 70 based on NW70 Enhancement Package 1 with SP6
SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 3.1
BusinessObjects Integration Kit for SAP
Both systems are fully integrated for the following components:
SAP Connectivity
SAP Authentication
BW Publisher
BW Content Administration Workbench
We tested connectivity from front end using the following client tools
Crystal Report 2008
BusinessObjects Enterprise Client Tools
Web Intelligence Rich Client
Designer
Query As A Web Service
THOSE CLIENT TOOLS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT! PLEASE PURCHASE ADDITIONAL CLIENT TOOLS SUPPORT IF YOU DON'T HAVE BOBJ CLIENT TOOLS!!
We do not provide license keys or software for any of the client tools such as Crystal Reports 2008, Xcelcuis, BusinessObjects Client Tools or Business XI Integration Kit for SAP, etc. All the downloads are available from SAP Site (https://service.sap.com/bosap-downloads) SAP also provides 30-day trail key for the above products. Links to the trials also available in the DOWNLOADS page on our web site.
We do not provide any support for the installation and how-to use the client tools.
Keep in mind that BW 70 System is a vanilla installation and only has an SAP delivered content and no data from backend ECC 6.0 has been downloaded. If you need the data then you will have to buy access to ECC 6.0 as well. We recommend any of our ECC 6.00 IDES With Portals 7.0 Enh pack 3 with Portal 7.00 systems.
