I have used IDES ACCCESS on several occasions and I have no hesitation in saying that they are THE BEST in sap access market.
Highly recommended to anyone who needs serious SAP support.
PS: I have tried several others and it all ends up in lot of frustation. I understand SAP could become tricky and so I do not blame them entirely. But that then becomes the reason why you would want to say that you are delighted with IDES Access.
