I am trying to renew my account, but system does not process it. I want to renew for a different term, but it only allow me to renew for the same term.


If you have problem with renewal using your credit card or if you want to renew for 3 months for example, but your original order was for 1 month and system will renew only for the same term, what you need to do is CREATE NEW ORDER instead of renewing existing order. By creating NEW order you will have BONUS points to apply to your payment and choose new method of payment and order term. AFTER the order is paid (as we all understand that you would need same userIds and systems as you had in your previous order) PLEASE SUBMIT TICKET via web site and ask tech support to move your account to your OLD order USERIDs and systems, which we will gladly do right away. Thank you.
