Hello,
As an independent CRM consultant, I'm interested in SAP systems on which I can configure and develop. I subscribed to IDESACCESS two years ago, and I am very confident in their offering. Their systems are available 24x7, and always up-to-date regarding versions. But what I appreciate most are their services. Recently I needed to try-out two basis components (Adobe Interactive Forms and SAPConnect e-mails) to build a customer proposal. The IDESACCESS technical guys got the components running in a very short time. No long discussions, no excuses. Just real result! Exactly what I needed.
