As oppose to those other so called international companies claiming to provide this service but with terrible support & SAP system access, I personally feel that you are providing excellent & professional service so I do not mind paying extra 10% for the access.
However it will be great if in near future you can add SAP HANA & BO 4.0 into your roster. Good luck & keep going.
